What kind of venue or setup do I need to host a screening?
You’ll need a projector/large screen and sound system capable of playing a digital film file, a strong enough internet connection as well as someone from your team to check in attendees (we provide QR code tickets).
Do hosts get paid to screen the movie?
We do not offer payment for venues to host the movie. However, hosts are welcome to operate concession stands and collect donations during the event to support their organization. This is a mission-driven opportunity to share a powerful message with your community.
Can you help promote my event on social media?
Yes! When you apply to host, you’ll have the option to request our help with event promotion. If you opt in, you’ll need to agree to our Promotion Terms, which give us permission to promote your event publicly and confirm that you release us from any liability connected to your showing. This helps set clear expectations and ensures both parties are supported while we promote your event.
How will people buy tickets for my screening?
All ticket sales are handled directly through our official website. Your event details (location, date, and time) will be listed there, and guests can purchase tickets online. On the day of the screening, they simply present their ticket at the door. You don’t need to worry about selling or managing tickets yourself — we take care of that for you.
Why do I need to sign a contract to host the movie?
The contract ensures proper handling and legal protection of the film. This is standard industry practice to prevent unauthorized distribution and protect the message and mission of the project.
Can I preview the movie before deciding to host it?
To maintain the integrity of the message and prevent piracy, we do not offer private screenings or previews for pastors, leaders, or individuals. Access to the film is only granted through a hosting agreement.
